You don't really understand. Washington is just an urban place. THey're not UNDECIDED. Places don't decide or undecide ANYTHING.
The federal government is a two political party town in the Capitol. One side is progressive and wants the goernment to do positive things. Theother doens't believe in having a central government and so they exist today to sabotage ANY government actions.
How did this happen? The people are simply divided in what they want. Don't blame Washington. The inaction is the result of their paralyzing filibuster rules. Its the nature of the opposing political parties to not allow anyone to rock the boat. As a nation, the body politic refuses to get the vaccination to end the malady.
This is what happens when the nation pays lawyers so much for doing so little and they run the nation. Replies:
