Sous Vede

For all you home chefs out there, the restuarant hot water cooking method sous vede (soo veed) is now affordable with several decent options: Anova, Breville, and Kitchenboss. They're all available on Amazon (Isn't everything?). The fun part is after cooking the steak or chop or chicken, we get to sear it. Thought you might get a kick out of it.
