PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

legends never die [x]

The Crossing was, for lack of a better explanation, a good island. Bane liked it here, though it wasn’t like she’d known another home here… or anywhere else. This was the place that called her back, just like it had to so many of them. Oswin, her mother, and all the women from the stories that Anath would tell. Though many left, they all came back in the end. Maybe it was the Peak itself that called to them.

They stand quietly together at the top of the mountain. Bane is comfortable with the silence, not concerned in any way. It’s nice to just… not be obligated to speak. There was far too much of that in politics. Why become the codebreaker if you detest politics? Right. Become a politician because you hate politics– the only way to stay honest. Bane figured as much, at least.

Fishbone agrees to the offer, and the codebreaker offers a small smile and a nod of her head. “If you need anything, let me or anyone else know. Everyone here is relatively friendly.” She thought briefly of Hollis, the frightened little bird she was. Bagheera as well, with her abrupt nature, though Bane regarded her as a friend. Still, they wouldn’t turn away the questions of their sisters. “Be careful climbing back down the mountain,” Bane turned to descend and carry about her day.
