There are already enough drivers OTR who think they own the interestates and they use their giant vehicles to slow traffic, hog the lanes, block traffic and collude how they do it on their CB radios!

The gumment will regret this. While the military lets these adolescents fight and die, they are tightly supervised by senior NCO's.
