Putin hasnt changed his strategy...no matter who is US president. Nuclear weapons are nice to look at but nobody uses them or runs them through the dishwasher. Like grandma's Haviland china.
While he's surely embarrassed that his armor didn't take the country, he was enough of a bad ass and kid killer, leaving much of Ukraine in ruins with prospect for more, Nato will be more than willing to not charge him if he backs off, taking only the eastern part which is what he wanted all along. The wheat zone buffer next to Russia itself.
They'll end it and he'll have much more territory than before. I'ts not Biden's decision. Hard to read Putin's mind but there are those who say he woudln't have attacked had Trump won. Might be True. Trump woudl have given him eastern Ukraine without firing a shot. Remember, he told his troops they'd be welcomed with open arms. Clearly the little dictator suffered what Hitler did. Bad intel because Putin would just have removed anybody who disagreed with his plans. I hope somebody shoots him but that hitman has to be Russian.
I think all world leaders have an unspoken rule not to assassinate world leaders, lest they themselves would be targets.
