I've never been excited about using FOOD stuffs to power cars. At least we dont depend on petroleum or the sun/wind for nourishment.
After watching MSNBC last night talking about P/o'ed Putin maybe getting even by attacking our electricity grid, I'm thinking a combination of solar collectors on the roof and a generac storage battery might be a good idea.
If we get attacked, the solar/battery industry won't have nearly enough time to save our economy with alt energy for heat and transportation. MSNBC last night said Putin just tried to kill Ukraine's electric system but they caught the hackers. And theyv'e tried to sabotage our energy generating station's safety features. We may have to bomb Moskva yet! I read today there's 20 million in their metro! We are so incredibly dependent on a complex electricity based economy. Shit, I'd starve before learning how to plant a self sufficient garden and heat the house with firewood. Our grandparents knew but they're long gone. Replies: There have been no replies.
