Wanted to mention maybe YOU should apply for a shift mgr job... the reason why their turnover is so high is that wages are low for the window and kitchen help but mostly like most Bell and lots of other fast food chains, shift mgrs have to be either assholes driving their staffs, but yet they're too good to work the window when they run off new employees and can't properly fill the shifts. So they just let the lines outside get long. Replies: There have been no replies.
