Here's the reason Junior, like many that came before you, you're talking out your ass, have no intention of initiating any legal action and typically, want someone else to do the dirty work and pursue this. Ya see, I've sat with you, or guys like you at the kitchen table and did nothing but ##### about something they can't control. I'm not worried about your "drive time", but the city was in previous discussions. Losing tax revenue was another, but the big one was it's "condition of employment". You should sit down with some of the "dinosaurs" and might learn a thing or two about history. Familiar with the "Management rights" provision in your contract that gives the city alot of lead way when it comes to decision making? Next year is an Executive Board election year, and empty promises will be made. I saw a post that "George is looking into it". I nearly fell off my chair laughing as our "legal counsel" looking into anything. Don't worry about something you can't control, work towards your pension and retirement and then you can go anywhere you'd like. Replies:
