My son Craig from Nashville is visiting this week. I have never seen so much running from a sixty-year old. Seems like he never misses a triathalon or marathon. Since he has been visiting ( 4 days so far), he has run every day and just left to join a group of runners in Spokane. He heads to the YMCA every morning for a swim. He was signed up for last year’s Boston Marathon but it got canceled due to Covid. Must be nice to be young and in shape! Replies:
