Guess you know that first hand? I'd say it's probably cops and snitches based on the movies and of course we know all movie writers know about the world and people in it are the stereotypes they've seen in other movies.
Actually I think their IS honor among thieves; gangs have territories and rules and they aren't gentle on others moving into their territories. Course I learned that from The Godfather trilogy, so what do I know except the Jewish mobster Hyman Roth told Michael, "That's the business we've chosen." Replies: There have been no replies.
