PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

turn men into monsters

At first, Vadim powered up the steep incline. But he soon found himself winded and his muscles burning. The young stallion had thought himself fit; the muck of the Lagoon constantly pulling at his legs making the muscles along his shoulders and hips developing early in his short life. But this? It was totally different. Vadim’s stamina didn’t hold up to the climb and he had to stop, his hind hoof resting as he stood on the first little flat leg he had come to.

Just as the spotted boy was gaining his wind enough to continue, he scented someone new. His head whipped around just as the sound of a greeting filled his ears. Glittering green eyes landed on a stark white face and at first it startled Vadim. He let out a snort, his posture straightening; stiffening. But, with further inspection, Vadim realized that the young colt was shaped somewhat similarly, though they shared nothing in coloring. Was this his sibling? Or the product of another draft?

“Hiya!” Vadim greeted, ears perked forward and his crown set high on his neck as he closed the distance between them. Not yet realizing the other colt was blind, he instantly stuck his nose out to share breaths as he had seen adults do. “My name is Vadim.” he offered in a friendly manner.
