Pink Lady's Slippers are in full bloom this month dotting the northeast shoreline of my property as well as in the wet, shaded woods near the road. I'm interested in knowing if others have orchids this month, and if so which types and what soil/sun combinations?
My very local botanist tells me Star Flower, Canada Mayflower, Pipsissawa, Partridge Berry, Honeysuckle and Bunchberry are also showing very nicely this week in different areas of the property.
