hello! so the next phase of oswin's plans to try and bolster the peak is going to switch from the aggressive push she was having and focus more on island education and outreach, which means she is going to begin looking for mares who may be very bold, very independent, love to socialize, and like to explore to different islands. her goal is to have at least each island visited by one peak member each season or every two seasons, depending. she will also require these mares to spar each month to hone their skills in battle if they aren't doing it already so they'll be prepared if they run into any trouble out on the islands
she's decided the error of her ways was reacting to rumors, when the islands spread and twist rumors so much by the time they reach the peak she can't be sure what's true and what's not and who to go after and who not to without messing up the peak's image.
SO! if you have any ladies you think would like to be recruited to the peak let me know! oswin will come visit them and give them a passionate speech to encourage them to come join :D
