It’s great that Kansas will be bringing a Panasonic battery factory to DeSoto. The benefits are many, but - - -
Electric car battery are made of lithium-ion (Li-on) and nickel-metal hydride (NiMH). Are we confident Laura Kelly and her crew have checked battery materials and production-line run-off to be sure they’re environmentally safe?
Has Kansas been chosen by Panasonic because nobody else wants the pollutants that will be dumped here?
