That would work also towards car counts. Several cars are capable of winning and most cars are capable of a top 3 finish. When all the coin goes to the number one spot where is the incentive to those competitors that saved their money for the classic run in these hard times with costs. Although a decent field would not surprise me as anything can happen and could get a surprise winner. Also, a tune-up for Classic. However as the saying goes - The Race is not always won by the swift and the strong but, that's where to bet your money.
