Haha jokes on us. They will deposit minimal payments to the fund and keep the rest. Oh yeah that new academy don't hold your breath. Knowing the city something will come out wrong and back to Quinn it is. This city and department is a joke. Glad I'm about done and glad I didn't put all my eggs in one basket. Good luck fools.
