She mirror's the valkyrie's easy position, more to express her lack of fear for the newcomer than out of comfort, though she is exhausted. Her shoulder on the mare's side drops ever so slightly, welcoming both her and her body feet into Lourdes' space. Even if she indeed was not harmless, she was certainly committed to acting so, and the dappled grey allows it. These days she finds it easier to yield than fight in most situations.
The claim offer comes as quickly as expected--though how nice of her to offer instead of simply take. The mare--Naydra is her name--does not strike Lourdes as the type to negotiate, especially when it comes to things she wants.
Not that Lourdes is much of a prize in her current state.
"I find I can't be particular on location," she shakes her head slightly, relaxed enough now to extend her nose in a small stretch as she responds. "I'm sure it will do just fine so long as there's a place to lay." Lourdes betrays her fatigue. Her mind feels like the rough of the surf against rocks and all she can think to do is sleep as the valkyrie's warmth soaks through her dappled coat.
But when her next question comes, where do you come from, Lourdes?, she visibly flinches. Even if she had an answer in terms of location, it might open up more questions about her family, her past. Questions she had no interest in answering any time soon even if she had one place she could have called home before washing up here. She gives another small shake, allowing her hooves to carry her away from Naydra, side stepping until she could turn towards the beach once more. "Best not to worry about that," she says shortly as she takes a step towards the oncoming surf. Surely wherever her new liege resided was off this damned island. She glances to the water, then back to Naydra. "Shall we?
