Jimmy had to be the biggest pimp when he went to the pension board meeting and spoke out against a member receiving a benefit and testified he should be able to perform light duty. This guy is working against us by promoting light duty in front of the city. His slogan should be changed from - Not afraid the get a little dirty to More than a little dirty.
