He studied the youth in her face, the sparkle in her dark eyes and the curiousty in her voice as she asked about the norns. The fates. The weavers of life's tapestry. It was all a mystery to him. A mystery that could only be solved by visiting their seer - he would surely know why the fates had knotted their paths together. But for now he could only offer her the simple answer that Norns were weavers of life's tapestry. "I did not mean to interrupt," he admitted as he drew his apologetic gaze to Rilke's "I just could not ignore the calling." He then returned his attention to the tobiano girl, a smile touched his lips as his gaze met hers. "I am Sigurðr Björnson, Viking King of the Harbor," he introduced with a dip of his two toned head. As his head rose he can not help but let his gaze linger on her longer. Curious of how she had found herself in the Commons...and of all places on the Isles. Why here? "What brought you here?" he asked genuinely curious of her story and what brought her to the claiming grounds. Was she an adventurer like him? Constantly on the search for new places to set her hooves? Or had her coming here been a mistake? The questions ambled through his mind until her answer broke through his myriad of thoughts. He can not help the next question that bubbled out of his whiskered lips. "Have you ever been to Atlantis?" he asked, excitement in his voice. He loved to introduce newcomers to the tropical Isle. He had traveled to many different lands and lived in some of the most harsh, frigid (yet beautiful) lands... and his heart was always drawn back to Atlantis. Deep down he hoped she will love the tropical jungles, brilliant colored birds and the turquoise waters.
