A marked as small as THIS ONE, with just one talk show plus NPR can't claim most popular status when it's the only adult talk station in town. If KCMO was really trying to compete on the AM band, then we'd be able to claim D&P had something going. But they could put 2 monkeys on that afternoon time slot and they'd have the same result. WIth both of them its always been juvenile pitter patter. Nothing HOT about it.

Do they still not have a full time show producer to plan the show? TV and podcasts are serious competitors for BZ.

I"m totally surprised dead AM doesn't carry cable news for commuters.
