The city has NONE of their tracks covered. This has been a clown show ever since they allowed members to sit in a room for 8 plus hours waiting to take their oral. Local 2 is in a tough spot, you want your members promoted. But, "top 50 not harmed" is unacceptable. The list is either compromised or it is not. Anyone who took that test was harmed 1 way or another. Between city & Local 2, clown show shall go on!
