Yo free I don't know what world you live in but sooner than later you will find out that not everyone relieves at the same time. But I don't want to hear your bit*hing next time you get a fire or stuck at 311 at 545am and your relief did come to the scene.then get back by 8 and not get overtime.
Or if you are a medic I'm sure you be all well familiar with the run that comes in at 6 and ends up being a cardiac arrest and you get back 8am and yup no OT.
