Hello everyone!
We just wanted to give you a little update on our most recent discussion topic surrounding the changing of the year length. We were very grateful to hear from so many of you about what could be a very big change for the site, and greatly appreciate everything you had to say.
In regards to the outcome… with this sort of matter, we would want to see a larger majority in favor before we make such a big change. Much of the feedback we received was either evenly split between yes’s and no’s, or on the fence. Many of you expressed interest in having more time to explore plots, while others were hesitant about an 8-month game year being too slow. For these reasons, we will keep the current year length of 4 months.
If, in the future, this idea still interests players, we can certainly discuss it again.
We appreciate each and every one of you, and we plan to have a new discussion topic up soon!
