Why wasn’t he charged criminally? He made a threat, wether unstable or not he made a threat of grave bodily harm and attempted to carry it out. I guess when your Iuncle is Terry Hillard you can do whatever you want and get away with it. Great family he’s got there, other nephew is in prison for homicide. You think this dude isn't mentally unstable? Take a gander at his Facebook profile. He literally is the epitome of “school shooter.” Saigon Duvalier would be the name you want to look at. Replies:
