How about making anyone who crosses from ems to fire maintain their PM status because that was how they got on in the 1st place.....yeah it sux but eventually the pool of paramedics would be large enough that it wouldn't be a factor.....and/or pay um some more.....despite how L2 executive board feels they are dues paying members as well
