I absolutely love the ideas for the island governments! I agree it would add incentive to get and maintain positions.

I also like idea #1 for the Peak and Lagoon

And I also LOVE Wolfie's idea of a "thread of the month" or "quote of the month" or "couple of the month." If doing monthly votes seem like too much we could do it by year as well!
