We don't need a "tough guy". We need someone that can organize the backlog of grievances. We need someone with some basic computer and offices skill who can manage a large project and leave their ego at the door. We need planning and accountability. Not petty politics and old school bull####. The world has moved on, except for a lot of people on this job. We are past due for an evolution. We can continue to do things the way we have, or we can get with the times.
