If Mike wasn’t detached, he would have retired 2 years ago. Instead, he’s letting the union pick the tab on his Lt. salary and benefits rather than retire and make the claim he’s “Active” though he hasn’t been in the field for 6 years. Sounds a little dishonest to me.
