Yes it is brilliant. Pat couldn't release anything without proof to back it up. The 3% COLA was not as a result of Tebbens, he just happened to be there when the legislation was signed into law. The previous Political Action Director did all the leg work. He couldn't get any legislation through, couldn't make any contacts, but instead had to reach out to previous Political Action Directors to make "contact". If he's singing another song, I'm not surprised. I was there, saw it and heard it for myself. He's riding the coat tails of the strikers, like others are down there. The letter is now out there, makes Tracy look very bad and damage control is in full swing by his minions. Replies:
