Well, in Miller's case I get the impression they have to figure out first of all what crime he actually committed. He in fact brought the gun to the guy that committed the murder, but it was that guy's gun (not Miller's). Apparently that guy hid the gun in the back of Miller's car and Miller says he didn't realize it. The guy later called Miller and asked him to bring him the gun which Miller did. Miller didn't know that the gun would be used to kill somebody, at least that's his story.
They have to identify exactly what law or laws Miller broke before he can be charged with anything... he didn't pull the trigger and it wasn't his gun.
Sure he was in the wrong place, at the wrong time with the wrong people and yes I can't believe he's still able to play basketball for Bama... but again, what "law" did he break? That's what they've got to figure out once all the facts are verified. Replies:
