Time was flying by and she was no longer that silly little promiscious foal. She was an adult, no, she was beyond just being an adult. She didn't want to admit her age to anyone, but it was becoming clear she would not always be able to move around like she could. Her joints ache, her bones crack, and it takes much longer to get up in the mornings. She could no longer compete with the young crowd Solomon still draws close to him. It was only a matter of time before that part of her life came crashing down.
Before she lost her witt, or her will (whichever came first), she wanted answers. Not from the stallion she has been struggling to love for years, but from the old wolf himself. When she finally couldn't take it anymore she leaves. It was late and the Cove was quiet as she slips into the cold sea. It would be best to do this now before winter set in. Who knows if she would even be moving by winter. So the old Queen leaves the Cove for Salem.
The sky is black by the time she makes it half way. Barely any stars lit her path as she takes on the blackened sea. By the time she makes it to Salem she could feel the exhaustion set it. Coming this late may not have been the best idea. Though it has been the only idea she has had in some time. To finally get an answer to all those questions she wanted to ask when she traveled to Paradise those years ago.
Upon reaching the beach of the Desert, Ysabel calls for him. She screams for the silver haired stallion that was once her care giver's best friend.
