A little reality check for Scotty and the other softball Tebbens. If...big if, "do nothing George" can successfully motion the court to add Local 2 as a plaintiff, and we reap the benefits, only those who were actually TERMINATED, and NOT RETIRED, no matter how many times you upload your Form 2 for the masses to see, you do not qualify as a harmed plaintiff, since you RETIRED and are currently a pension annuit and are no longer a City of Chicago employee. Your reasons for retirement are not subject to this decision. Those that were terminated, and fall under this agreement, will have to be retrained and if successful, will be returned to previous rank and tenure. Replies:
