Guys saying that are the same guys that think CFD is the end all be all of the fire service. Half the guys on the job would get circles run around them by the average suburban guy. The inly thing we have going for us is the fact we flood fires with manpower and we live in a dump that burns all the time. We have 10% of the department carrying the good name of the other 90% that are loads, kids of retired legends who have come on and sullied their family name or retards that couldn't pass any other test/get hired in any other sector so we hire them based on skin color.
