To close the racial homeownership gap and get more first-time and low-income buyers through the door, Joe Biden wants to raise costs for homebuyers with good credit.
If he does that, maybe he can raise costs for automobile owners with good credit and have those car-buyers help me buy a new car.
I’ve got an old clunker that is falling apart, and it’s costing me more to keep it running than its worth. Let’s raise the prices on expensive new cars and have the people buying them help me replace my car with something newer, more dependable.
