Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Vadim.

The hushed tones of his voice affected her even deeper, complimented by feeling his warm breath as he exhaled them against her skin. She felt almost dizzy, like she was standing on top of a cliff and looking over the plunge below, but they were still in the shadowed shelter of the Lagoon and very much on flat ground. So why did it feel like everything was spinning? Why was her heart beating so fast in her chest? Why was she struggling to feel snippy with him and do something to shove him away from her?

Instead, Miriella pressed closer. It felt natural to do, as if stepping further from him would have been as impossible as peeling her skin off. That spinning, light-headed feeling intensified, but Miriella was almost drunk on the sensation. Trapped in a small space with a large, handsome stallion, she was completely victim to the season and to her body’s changing hormones. She lifted her pale tail off her rump, flicking the strands back and forth as she lifted her narrow pale hooves and rubbed her body along his. She was so much smaller in comparison to him, Miriella found she liked how they fit and how it felt to tuck up into the hollow dips of his body. Wherever she pressed she could feel hard muscle. What a specimen he was!

Once she’d tucked her body side-long against his, Miriella flicked an ear back and tilted her dished face so she could cheat a glance at his face. “What else sounds good in your head, Vadim?” Her voice was much softer than it’d been before, the same tone she’d had when she’d pressed to ask his name. She could feel they were on the verge of something great, of the life-seizing opportunities she had sought when she left the Prairie just that morning, and she was too excited to hold back from reaching for them all.

(ooc: we can either end this here or if you wanted to post a wrap up you totally can! I’ll try and get an updated post up for them that puts them in current time!)
