I saw the exchange and it got cut short so it would go any further.

I just looked up who runs the RC because both sides would have to agree about LIV players. I found this “The event is jointly administered by the PGA of America and Ryder Cup Europe, the latter a joint venture of the PGA European Tour (60%), the PGA of Great Britain and Ireland (20%), and the PGAs of Europe (20%).[1][2]”

So we don’t think these guys are going to be answer because it is bigger than them.

Personally, those guys have resigned from the PGA and the Euro tour so they don’t have any standing to be allow in by those who administer the RC.

Anyway, JMHO.
