Re(1): AUDACY STOCK TANKING

I don't follow radio stocks. All I know whas that Entercom stations were pretty good, and while it was always said BZ was the moneymaker, they also had professional people and good programming.

I'm utterly surprised that Entercom, now Audacy would be anything but top drawer!

Susquehanna was cool but Entercom was like Channel 9ls owner, I forget their big name at the moment.

The word to describe those two outlets as always been 'premiere! if I was still in radio or TV, I'd have always loved to have had them on my resume!

I've had some great companies to work for I was so proud to be associated with, CSC (Computer Science Corporation that had a contract with the EPA) out of Virginia, Hallmark, Kansas State Network, Kake--the main event in Wichita, even 5 minutes with STORZ that really founded Top 40) AFRTS (that ran American Forces Radio), and even KLEO's company that was small but true to their school, even if they WERE AM radio! I was always surrounded with real pros and they taught me everything abt the business. I never liked corporate broadcasting because I was into entrepreneurs, not investors, but those were good to me and good for the business even tho they were all utterly profit motivated as business always is! I think I was into broadcasting at exactly the right moment before it left from being broadcasters to become just investors.

Does anybody agree with me or am I off the wall?
