yes... I did that, as a screener and sometimes the fill-in host.
The stupidest people in the world are talk show callers. The problem with radio today, is that radio companies don't hire smart people to do talk shows. Theyr'e just phonecall jockeys. They've never done anything in life outside a broadcast studio.
Most callers are ignorant and they just wanna hear themselves on the radio. ONCE IN A WHILE, a smart guy with experience will take the time to call in...and the longer busy, smart people sit on HOLD, the more of them will hang up and scold themselves for even bothering to try to correct the stupid people.
