Hi everyone! We are currently looking to recruit an extra moderator to help us stay on top of day-to-day tasks around the site, including: accepting new characters, validating claims and raids, giving out foal stats and judging both dice-roll and RP battles.
We are looking for someone who is very familiar with the rules of the game, would be confident dealing with all of the tasks outlined here (you will be provided with a moderator’s guide and the support of fellow mods, but you should have a good existing understanding), and who is able to communicate clearly, calmly and fairly with their fellow players in the course of their roles.
This is an initial call-out post to see how many players are interested, and is likely to be followed up by a brief discussion and a small assessment in the area of battle judgements (as these are our trickiest task) in the near future before anyone is officially selected. If you think that you have all of these qualities, understand the required tasks well enough, and believe that you have and will continue to have some extra time to commit to the game, then please reply to this post, send us an email, or let me/Chaos know on Discord that you are interested in the role.
We will be leaving this post open for 1 week, after which we will start to get back to the players who have contacted us regarding the next step. We hope to hear from those of you who are interested, and thank you all so much for your continued support and enthusiasm in helping us keep TLI running smoothly. 😊
