When can we just get good administration that doesn't suck the life out of everyone??? Just once since Hoff can we get good leaders for this department. It's a joke and 213 just blames personnel and the city for her incompetence....Let's hope she goes and presses another doorbell all drunk....Oh can we lift residency at some point in the near future so our kids can go to decent schools and not this CPS bull####...
