Actually, I arrived at 6pm, went to bed at 7pm, woke up at 6am! Why is that important? Cause at 6am I staggered down to the free breakfast and they had homemade waffles and a mound of really good bacon! Not bad for a roach motel!! Really good batter, came out HUGE, covered the entire plate and about 3/4 of an inch thick! I then buried it in syrup & tons of butter! Yummie!

Ate like a pig! Most fun I had all week!
