Why do your tv people work so hard at destroying the confidence of up and comers. they're probably soo happy to get into this market. I remember my first couple days here I was so nervous and flubbed, I was sure i'd get sent back to the farm club. But within a couple months, they put me on mornings. I just needed to settle down.
