PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

Güneşlenmek
I'M DISTANT IN THOSE HOLLOW EYES

Güneşlenmek had been grazing quietly on a small patch of grass he had managed to find when the commotion began. A mare rushes into the peak, a streak of pale gold against the reddish hills. The stallion's ears prick as he lifts his head and his brow furrows for a moment. She is familiar. He realizes where he knows her from. When he had found Marceline, it was this mare who had been with her. His curiosity gets the better of him and he leaps into a slow lope, leaping down the small ledges he had found himself upon. His recent fights with Marceline had left him with fresh scrapes across his bright gold pelt, but since his arrival nothing new had been added. He watches for a moment as others come to her aid, including Marceline.

Güneşlenmek would have scoffed if you said he'd have ever been on the same side as her.

And yet he steps forward, joining the group with his ears slammed back and his nostrils quivering. His lips peel back to expose his teeth, his intentions clear. He might have been their prisoner and his loyalty was still to Rafe even now, but that did not mean he would allow an innocent to suffer. "She said no." His voice is a deep rumble, like an ocean storm, and his dark eyes narrow. He steps in front of the mares not because he didn't believe they could defend themselves but because he would not allow himself to stand by while others suffered.
