Re(1): Please, DON'T Tell Me

Today, on “$100, 000 Pyramid,” there was a contestant (Ramone) who won his way into the $50,000 Winners’ Circle. Ramone said “my husband” as a clue to help his co-contestant guess one of the words in the Winners’ Circle.

Ramone and his co-contestant guessed 4 of the 6 words correctly, winning about $12,000. As usual, host Michael Strahan asked Ramone what he was going to do with his winnings.

In case we had missed it when Ramone said “my husband” as a clue earlier, he informed us that he and his new husband were adopting a child and would spend the money on furniture or some typical thing.

I know I’m not one of the “woke” in our society today, but - - I really didn’t need to know that Ramone is a fruitcake. He didn't have to tell the audience and viewers that he is married to a guy.
