PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

through the smoke and arrogance

Güneşlenmek
I'M DISTANT IN THOSE HOLLOW EYES

Despite Güneşlenmek's protest, he does not fight as she pushes him further up the peak. Though he makes a show of going slow, placing each foot with extreme precision and accuracy. All the while he keeps his head held high, his tail following suit. Despite being in the den of a lioness, he does not let it phase him. His dark gaze flicks about as he begins to learn each landmark and nook & cranny of his temporary home. It has been some time since he had been so high up and his jaw tenses slightly as he surveys the land. It appears to be a decent enough vantage point, something Güneşlenmek will not soon forget.

"You may as well get used to the view and the company, I expect you'll be here for some time." Güneşlenmek does his best not to scoff at her words. Instead he looks away pointedly, snapping his tail against his hocks for emphasis. The very idea of living anywhere against his will is far from appealing, but there are ways, he supposes, that he could use this experience to his advantage. An insider's experience to just whatever Marceline was planning. Though he doubted she would give him information willingly, Güneşlenmek had not been a spy for nothing.

"There is not much to tell, ghost." He begins moving again, making a small leap down an incline or surprisingly elegant legs. What he lacked in strength he made up for in his movement; precise, water-like, beautiful. "Rafe was kind enough to let me stay after I arrived, searching for those I had lost." It isn't a lie, but it isn't quite the truth. Güneşlenmek had not just been a visitor seeking shelter from a storm. He was Rafe's eyes and ears outside the herd. He did not spend much time, if any, with anyone else in the herd. What little information he had was utterly useless to Marceline and he could not help the small smirk that tugged at his shadow-dusted lips.
