You can’t get 10 firemen to agree on anything. How in the world are 10 firemen going to lie collectively without one of them tripping up?

And again, what is solved by this? Now another group of firemen from different houses have to work with the problem firefighter.

Guys like this have existed since the department began. If he doesn’t want to leave, then you have to.
