Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

legends never die psych

The same current that had pulled her out, drew her back in. The very same. The one that had swept Bane away, pulling her far from this place. The one that had nearly taken her life. Hell, it would take more than this. It would take far more than a little water to actually kill Bane– the universe should know this by now. They should know better. Better, stronger things, than a little seawater had tried. Hell, her own mother had tried. Where was Anath? Dead by now, if she had to guess. Dead, gone. Another lost soul for the graveyard of those just beyond reach. Bane didn’t know what to do with that notion, though she supposed it should have set her free.

But those weren’t the only shackles that bound her. No, far from it. The aging bastard mare supposed she should think of her children– think of the way she’d forced Eden away. Not that it mattered. Not that such a pathetic, simpering child mattered. Weak bloodlines, she’d been a mistake. Bane pushed her daughter from her mind, too. Her son… he had to be with his father. The living legend considered for a long moment, her hooves finally scraping sand. While Bane should have been concerned about becoming her mother, there was something else blooming in her ribs.

Resolve. Resolve to not become her mother, no. Bane would become something far, far worse. Perhaps she already had.

A bat out of hell, a banshee come to life. Though Bane had seen better days, she had also seen far worse. A woman possessed, Bane took to the Lagoon. “Listen here rat fuck,” she shouts. She yells. It’s as if she is a woman possessed… maybe she is. “Listen here you rat fuck!” Ears pinned clear to her skull, teeth gnashing, Bane had come home. She’d come back to the home that she hadn’t meant to leave, maybe the strangest home she’d ever known.

Worse for wear, but still unmistakable. Bold and angry, scraped, looking like she’d been in more than one fight while she was out. Looking half a corpse and half a god, she is home. Home, and angry.

Where was he?
