Once the internet arrived, I dont' even watch TV anymore.

The wxmen are always attracted to red colors. I prefer to pull back and watch the Southwest to see what's up next rather than follow the last storm til it gets to the next TV market.

They lose their focus, their job is to protect the most people and not abandon their metros to follow a storm as far east as radar can take them.

Besides, after decades of watching weathermen teach us forcasting every night, I can read the radar as well as they can. I only care about one thing. What's headed MY way at any given time.
