Seems like to me Ole Snedly read a book that impressed him some years back or Capital One sent him to one of the management seminars or something. These days he doesn't seem to broach a subject unless he's fully prepared, like he's got bullet points in his pocket or something. It's how those management guys get the desired results. Pretty impressive stuff!
