I'm afraid I didn't get the point of your clever response. Are you saying blacks always win these suits or they rarely do?
Not being in the KC market to see what Gray's done there after buying out one of the stations...but in MY market, MUCH smaller, their overweight amateur anchors do the worst TV I've ever seen. I rarely watch them over their competitor. It would seem to me that if Gray fires someone, given their tolerance in THIS market, who they fired probably deserved it! I have a real problem with someone saying "You can't fire me because I'm (black, female, pregnant, gay, old, ugly, whatever). Members of today's 'protected classes' seem to think they're privileged! In the creative industries, they're NOT! The media companies hold all the cards because every dreamer (and there are many!) wants their job and will work for half the salary!
